Worried It Might Be Too Spicy?
You control the heat.
Short answer: no, unless you want it to be. Caribbean food is full of bold flavor, but flavorful doesn't have to mean spicy. We keep our hottest sauces on the side, so everyone can enjoy their meal at their preferred heat level.
Mild — Crowd Friendly
Flavorful selections with little to no heat. A great choice for mixed groups and office lunches.
Medium — A Little Kick
Bold Caribbean flavor with noticeable warmth without overwhelming the meal.
